We use local food donations and surplus to create Nutritious and Healthy Ready Meals for those in need in our community. We distribute to 6 different Charities, Refuges and Food Hubs across the county. Partially funded by the Welsh Government Food Poverty Grant, our chefs and volunteers create Ready Meals packed with Fresh Vegetables for Vitamins, Pulses for Fibre and Proteins and balanced for goodness.
The basic healthy meal can make a real difference to people lives in times of need and set people on the right path to lead healthier lives – both mentally and physically. We work alongside local and national Welsh charities and community groups to reach people and signpost to other services to make sure people have access to the support they deserve.
